Collette Rhoden, PT, DPT

Collette Rhoden, PT, DPT, received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. She later returned to work in her hometown of New York City for a little over a year before pursuing her dream of becoming a Travel Physical Therapist. For over two years, Dr. Rhoden acquired six Physical Therapy state licenses and worked in many states including Virginia, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Texas. During her travels, she worked very closely with patients seeking treatment for gait and balance disorders, vertigo/dizziness, orthopedic injuries and post-op injuries.  She became very fond of working with those populations. While on her assignment in Texas, she developed an admiration for the people of the state as well as the lifestyle and decided a year later to permanently move to Texas.

Dr. Rhoden is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She holds a certification in the LSVT BIG program specializing in patients with Parkinson’s Disease. She also is specialty trained in Vestibular Therapy and promoting her skills and knowledge to patients in need.

Dr. Rhoden has served the orthopedic/neurologic Physical Therapy community since 2015 and decided to pursue a change in 2021 into the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy arena. She is eager to serve her new community she now calls home at NAU Urology Specialists.

In her spare time, Dr. Rhoden’s hobbies include spending time with friends and family, cooking, leisure traveling, listening to music, writing songs and poetry.
