Regarding Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19)
Our top concern at NAU Urology Specialists is the safety of our patients and staff.
If you have fever, cough, shortness of breath or any other type of symptom associated with COVID-19, we will require that you not come to the office and we can offer a telemedicine (over the phone) appointment. Otherwise, we will have all patients back into our clinics. Per the Texas Medical Association guidelines for medical clinics, patients and staff must wear a mask. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 developments in partnership with our local and state health departments and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
We have returned to normal clinic hours and operations, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are returning to testosterone injection times of 8:00am to 8:30am (except for Tuesday mornings) and 4:00pm to 4:30pm. If you’re coming in for a lab draw with our in-house laboratory, PathGroup, please remember the phlebotomist does take a lunch break.
Please call us at (512) 238-0762 with questions or for a faster response, please send a message through the patient portal.
Thank you for choosing NAU Urology Specialists. Be safe.
