Dustin Fontenot, PA-C, has lived in the Austin area for the last 20+ years, although he’s originally from Southern Louisiana.

He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science. During his time in College Station, he also attended Blinn Junior College and obtained his paramedic certification. He served in multiple capacities for the Texas A&M University EMS system and ultimately served as Chief of the department prior to his graduation.

In 2005, in an interest to further his career in medicine, he began the Physician Assistant Graduate Program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He graduated in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies and a master’s degree in medical science.

Upon graduation, he moved back to Austin and gained experience in several disciplines, including neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery and urgent care. He has spent the last several years specializing in men’s health.

Dustin’s areas of interest include hormone optimization, erectile dysfunction, orgasmic disorders, and the promotion of preventative health care and overall wellness.

Dustin is the Director of Armor Men’s Health at NAU Urology Specialists. He provides oversight for our wellness and weight loss program and nutraceutical therapies.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Katie, children Jack and Zoey and cat, Arie.
